Management missions range from building and controlling schedules or defining Safety and Quality policies, to the complete realization of audits and reviews for your projects, through training your teams on these aspects. The main deliverables of such missions are typically the evaluaton of lost time, delays, supplementary cost, their root causes, to provide ways to improve the situation and to make the project more profitable.
